Improve your fitness with us in Downtown Dubai

We have partnered up with Zabeel Sports District to share TRIX experience across the city.

As we want to improve everyone’s fitness level, we are bringing our fitness classes for kids, teens and adults to Downtown.

– ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐˜€ (6-12 years old) with Sol – Thursdays 5 pm

AcroKids is a childrenโ€™s introduction class to the acrobatics world, for kids aged 6-12 years old. Each lesson will be focused on various acrobatics exercises including cartwheels, handstands as well as flexibility exercises. A supportive and fun class dedicated to help your child become physically aware and confident in their body. 

– ๐—”๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€ (13-17 years old) with Sol – Thursdays 6 pm

AcroTeens is a teen’s acrobatics class for people aged 13-17 years old. Each lesson will be focused on various acrobatics exercises including cartwheels, handstands as well as flexibility exercises. A supportive and fun class dedicated to help everyone become physically aware and confident in their body.

– ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜๐—ต & ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† (Mixed/All Levels) with Tati – Fridays 5.30 pm

This class is designed to improve both strength and flexibility in the body. It includes a combination of resistance training and stretching exercises that target various muscle groups. The class may involve the use of resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to build muscular strength and endurance.

Moreover, the class will also focus on improving mobility, which refers to the ability to move joints through a full range of motion. This can involve exercises such as dynamic stretching or poses which help to loosen tight muscles and improve flexibility.

Overall, a strength and mobility fitness class can provide a full-body workout that not only helps to build strength and flexibility but also improves balance, coordination, and overall fitness.

๐—›๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€ (Mixed/All Levels) with Tati – Fridays 6.30 pm 

Handstands build up your core strength. They require you to stabilize your muscles to keep from falling over. Handstands not only make your abs work, it also strengthens your hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thigh muscles, and spinal muscles to create a super-strong core.
