AERIAL HAMMOCK
Are you new to the aerial world? Our aerial fitness classes are those in which the performer/athlete is working on any apparatus hanging from the ceiling. Thr aerial hammock class is designed to teach you how to balance and use your core and arm muscles while staying close to the ground and supported by the hammock.
Students will learn fun new aerial tricks and explore sequencing as they experience what it feels like to be in the air.
Check your level when booking.
Dress code: Leggings.
Please bring your own Water Bottle and Towel.
Note: First 5min of the class are used to adjust the Hammock length to your height.
AERIAL HOOP
Bring out the aerial acrobat in you! Come and play on the hoop! This class will teach you the fundamentals of Aerial Hoop with a short choreography. Develop your strength, flexibility and beautiful lines!

Dress code: Leggings, socks and no jewelry
Note: First 5 min of the class are used to fix the Hoop length to your height.
AERIAL SILKS
Aerial Silks consists of warm up, strength and conditioning exercises, climbs, inversions, foot locks, drops and other shapes and figures combined into sequences.
This is a great workout to build upper body and core strength and to develop endurance in a very creative and artistic way.
Dress Code: Leggings, long sleeves, no jewelry.
Please bring your own Water Bottle and Towel.
Note: First 5 minutes will be used to setup the Silks
HAMMOCK FLOW
Hammock flow is a mixture of strength, endurance, flexibility and elegance. These elements combined make for a beautiful art form and an insane full body workout. It is all about learning to express your emotions in a creative and unique way using the hammock suspended in the air.
In this class you will learn tricks, splits and a combo in a nice flow.

ACROKIDS
A supportive, fun class environment dedicated to helping your child become physically aware and confident in their bodies.
Dress Code: As the apparatus may change each class, we recommend bringing always leggings and shorts.
POWER HOOP
This class is focused on getting you stronger.
There will be exercises to help you grip better, to build upper body and core strength.
Dress code: leggings, socks and no jewelry
Note: First 5 to 7min of the class are used to fix the Hoop length to your height.
