BELLY DANCE
This is a great opportunity for new dancers and those wanting to brush up on their technique. This class gives you an understanding of basic belly dance fundamentals, posturing, language, movement execution helping you build the necessary strength. This class is friendly, fun and great workout for every lady who loves to dance.
Dress code: Leggings.
Please bring your own Water Bottle and Towel.

BOOTY BARRE
A combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility. Regular attending of Booty Barre classes helps to improve posture, to tone the lower body muscles and increases overall strength.
Dress Code: Sportswear.

BURLESQUE DANCE
Burlesque Classes are provocative, sensual and artistic. It’s a good cardio workout and it’s full of creativity and fun. Different accessories might be used in the choreography, such as chair, hat, high heels and knee pads.
You will also learn how to develop musicality, dance improvisation and ability to express yourself through movement.

FLEXI – BACK AND SHOULDERS
In this flexibility class the focus will be your back and all the muscles and joints involved to improve your overall back flexibility. You will explore mobility exercises to strengthen your upper body joints, in their range of motion. You’ll explore back bending exercises in a safe and effective ways.
Dress code: Leggings.

FLEXI – FRONT SPLITS
In this flexibility class the focus will be working towards or improving your front splits. You will explore hip mobility exercises, muscle activation whilst stretching. Learn how to warm up in an efficient and safe way, protecting your muscles and joints.
Dress Code: knee pads, leg warmers.

FLEXI – MIDDLE SPLITS
In this flexibility class the focus will be working towards or improving your middle splits. You will explore hip mobility and hip opener exercises as well as lower body stretches directed for middle splits.
Dress code: Leg warmers, knee pads.

HANDSTANDS
Handstands build up your core strength. They require you to stabilize your muscles to keep from falling over. Handstands not only make your abs work, it also strengthens your hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thigh muscles, and spinal muscles to create a super-strong core
Dress Code: Sports wear.

TWERK DANCE
This dance class will help give you the ability to control the body – work on elasticity, coordination, emotions, proper execution of dance elements, and reveal your sensuality. Twerk is more than just booty shaking. It’s an incredible workout that strengthens all your body, giving you a nice and firm booty.
