What will we work on in this class?
Increase mobility and strengthen the shoulders.
Work on the core muscles and perform abdominal strengthening exercises.
Learn basic flips.
Learn to balance.
Perform key wrist strengthening exercises.
We will work on shoulder stands, headstands, elbow stand, forearm stands and handstands on all possible variations.
